SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission at our imaging centers. You will greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation to ensure a clear and efficient start to every visit.

You should communicate with empathy, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with clinical and support teams to maintain a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and guide them through admission and registration processes.
• Verify insurance information and facilitate documentation for the visit.
• Collaborate with clinical and front desk teams to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Address scheduling, billing, and patient questions with empathy and professionalism.
