Responsibilities

• Smile and greet patients, families and visitors with a warm welcome.
• Answer telephone calls clearly, courteously, and route to appropriate party.
• Make, cancel and reschedule patient appointments.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivable activity.
• Enter demographic and insurance information for electronic health records.
• Assist with proactive charge capture and billing accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities and contribute to positive team goals.
