St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Patient Concierge to deliver a warm, patient‑centered experience across front‑desk interactions and in‑clinic visits.

You will support check‑in, scheduling, MyChart education, and respond to patient inquiries with empathy. Collaborate with Access Center teams to coordinate time‑sensitive scheduling, ensure accurate registrations, and help patients navigate their care journey in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preference for graduates of administrative training programs.
• Minimum one year practice-based experience or in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engages patients in a polite, prompt, and compassionate manner during all practice‑based patient interactions.
• Performs clerical service delivery functions with patients, including check‑in, pre‑registration, and real‑time eligibility verification, registration, MyChart education, scheduling, at check‑out, and handling inquiries.
• Delivers waiting room concierge service and assists with kiosk check‑in processes.
• Supports opening/closing procedures, upkeep of practice areas, mail/deliveries, cash handling, and fax processing.
• Handles in-basket messages and assists Access Center teams with time‑sensitive scheduling.
• Coordinates with Access Center Clinical staff for time‑sensitive clinical inquiries.
• Maintains solution‑oriented mindset to anticipate patient needs across departments.
