St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Patient Concierge to deliver an exceptional patient experience and support practice-based administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes courteous patient interactions, smooth check-in/check-out processes, scheduling, and real-time eligibility verification. The position requires a High School diploma and at least one year of healthcare or customer service experience.

Qualificações

• High School graduate; 1 year practice-based healthcare experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engages patients with polite, prompt, and compassionate interactions during all practice-based encounters.
• Performs clerical tasks: check-in/check-out, registrations, eligibility verification, MyChart education, scheduling, and inquiries.
• Delivers waiting room concierge service and assists with kiosk check-in processes.
• Supports opening/closing procedures, mail, deliveries, cash handling and faxes processing.
• Collaborates with Access Center teams to address time-sensitive scheduling and clinical inquiries.
• Maintains a solution-oriented mindset to anticipate patient needs and coordinate with team members.
