Job summary

Optalis Healthcare in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is seeking a Concierge to manage the customer service program and create an excellent guest experience. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with multiple departments to promote a caring, team-focused environment.

You will oversee service systems, greet new admissions, orient families, ensure room/tour readiness, and conduct weekly patient check-ins while maintaining strong communication with administrators.

Responsibilities

• Greet new admissions.
• Orient new patients and families to the center.
• Identify and resolve any concerns.
• Ensure room readiness to new admissions.
• Ensure tour readiness daily.
• Call family of new admits to set up meetings and discuss expectations.
• Visit every short-term patient at least weekly to meet needs.
• Call discharged patients/families to discuss stay and home care.
• Assist with call-light response.
• Promote teamwork by greeting co-workers and communicating patients' needs.
• Attend meetings as necessary.
• Give routine reports to Administrator.
• Other duties as assigned.
