Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette for patient interactions.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests.
• Assist with check-in and patient forms.
• Collect co-pays and update patient information in the EMR.
• Schedule/reschedule appointments in the EMR.
• Answer and manage inbound/outbound calls; handle faxes as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of Welcome and Community Rooms.
