Job summary

Eskenazi Health is seeking a Guest Information Assistant to join our Indianapolis campus on a part-time schedule. You will greet visitors, direct them, and provide information by phone or in person, serving as the first point of contact for patients, guests and staff.

You will work across clinic locations, coordinate with clinical teams, and ensure a warm, welcoming environment while maintaining knowledge of departments, staff, and locations.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in customer service or a customer-focused setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and clerical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and patients, directing them to the appropriate locations.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information by phone or in person.
• Escort or transport patients and visitors as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming and safe environment for patients, guests, and staff.
• Route multiple phone lines and schedule appointments when needed.
• Assist with clerical tasks to support clinic and front-desk operations.
