Job summary

Indiana University Health in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Concierge to greet guests, provide directions, and answer questions across North Hospital.

Primary Responsibilities

Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.

Candidate Requirements
