Eskenazi Health serves as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County. Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 333-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus including at a network of Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.

The Guest Information Assistant is the first point of contact for many of the hospital and clinic visitors. This position is responsible for responding to the needs of Eskenazi Health patients, guests and employees by greeting, directing and providing pertinent information via telephone or in person. The Guest Information Assistant maintains current knowledge of hospital personnel, department titles and locations within the campus. This position rounds in patient areas regularly to identify and meet patient and visitor needs.
