Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with transportation when needed.
• Explain hospital visitation policy and visitor limits to guests.
• Coordinate with volunteers and leadership on security and needs.
• Identify guests needing interpreters or spiritual care and respond accordingly.
• Assist department staff with special projects and timely completion.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
