AVP•SEES Group is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist I to join our eye clinic in Fredericksburg, VA. The role focuses on greeting clients, managing calls, and ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs with empathy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, be detail-oriented, and deliver positive patient experiences. Healthcare/service industry experience is preferred, and background checks may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and respond to inquiries.
• Register patients and verify records accuracy.
• Verify personal and insurance information for services.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and procedures.
• Process medical record requests and collect payments.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of cash reports.
