Job summary

JPS Health Network invites applications for a Customer Service Representative - Patient Experience. This role supports a welcoming environment, greets visitors, and helps maintain orderly front-line operations within John Peter Smith Hospital.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 12:30pm–9:00pm, with duties focused on patient experience, safety, and efficient entry control across facilities. A high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Degree, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets all employees and visitors prior to entry to JPS Health Network facilities.
• Monitors entry of staff, contractors, vendors, guests, patients per guidelines.
• Maintains neat, orderly work environment.
• Demonstrates efficient and accurate telephone skills.
• Delivers customer service in daily operations and supports patient care.
