OhioHealth is seeking a Service Excellence Ambassador to deliver outstanding customer service to patients, families, visitors and associates. You will facilitate communication, advocate for patients, and help resolve issues to improve the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum two years of experience in a consumer advocacy or service role.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors and physicians/associates.
• Collect and relay information on patient location, condition and treatment progress while protecting confidentiality.
• Facilitate communication between patient, family and hospital staff.
• Advocate to investigate concerns and expedite admissions or delays.
• Resolve problems and escalate issues as needed.
• Greet, direct and escort visitors and patients; assist with wheelchairs when necessary.
• Answer multi-line phone calls and route to appropriate locations.
• Oversee information desks and lobby areas for cleanliness and order.
