Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Guest Relations Associate to deliver excellent customer service at the point of entry. You will manage check-in, health screenings, badge issuance, and visitor routing to the correct areas, while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for patients, families, and staff.

This role emphasizes de-escalation, adherence to hospital policies, and smooth operation within the Visitor Management Program with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of administrative/clerical experience in a customer service setting.
• Equivalency: an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in and health screenings for visitors.
• Verify visitor status and badges using the Visitor Management System.
• Support patient registration workflows and escalate issues professionally as needed.
• Maintain infection control protocols and provide a welcoming CHCO experience.
