Job summary

Regions Hospital seeks a Guest Experience Concierge to join our team. The role ensures exceptional customer service for patients, guests and staff at facility entrances, assists visitors in locating patients, communicates with staff about visits, escorts visitors, and implements de-escalation strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service, patient care, guest service or related experience with de-escalation skills.
• Must be able to speak and read English clearly and follow directions.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a stressful environment.

• Escort visitors to various locations within the hospital.
