• Greet guests, associates and partners and direct them per visitation policy and Guest Services Standards.
• Provide escort services and transportation assistance when needed to guests.
• Answer questions and solve problems for guests independently or with the Guest Services Manager guidance.
• Coordinate guest information needs with external services such as bus routes and taxi requests.
• Retain lost belongings for patients and coordinate pickup; supervise volunteers.
