Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with standard desktop and Windows-based computer systems.
• Preferred: Associate degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
• Preferred: 1–2 years guest/customer services experience.
• Preferred: Typing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, colleagues, patients, and families in a welcoming manner.
• Provide visitor stickers and ensure proper credentialing of vendors and colleagues.
• Offer wayfinding services and escort patients as needed.
• Assess needs and determine next steps to support experience and safety.
• Refer questions of a medical or personal nature to appropriate channels.
• Follow screening guidelines to control access to the facility.
• Ensure timely delivery of patient items such as flowers, cards, and belongings.
• Assist with parking ticket validation when required.
• Access computer systems in accordance with HIPAA and procedures.
• Adhere to operating procedures, cash-handling where applicable, and compliance reporting.
• Identify daily supply needs and maintain a clean environment.
