Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, patients and staff to ensure a welcoming hospital environment.
• Answer questions and provide directions or information as needed.
• Verify visitor IDs and passes to comply with safety protocols and policies.
• Coordinate transportation and parking assistance for patients and guests as requested.
• Monitor and respond to visitor needs, update information, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support housekeeping and other departments to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Assist with special programs or guest services tasks as assigned by Guest Services Manager.
