Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients, verifies insurance and demographics in Epic.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates care with providers, radiology, and labs.
• Manages phone lines, voicemails, and patient inquiries efficiently.
• Assists with self-registration and MyChart/kiosk guidance.
• Reconciles cash drawers and supports patient payments and documentation.
