Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients and visitors with check-in and registration in Epic, including insurance verification and payments.
• Communicates clearly with clinic staff to support a smooth patient experience.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates referrals as needed, including follow-ups.
• Manages phone communications, voicemails, and patient inquiries efficiently.
• Reconciles appointment statuses and cash drawers, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Assists patients with self-registration (MyChart) and arrival processes, guiding forms and kiosks.
