Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Minnesota is hiring a Clinic Check-in Coordinator for the Clinics and Surgery Center (CSC). This 1.0 FTE role requires 80 hours every two weeks with a Monday through Friday shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

The Clinic Check-in Coordinator is the first contact for patients and families, greeting them, collecting insurance information, directing them to seating, monitoring the lobby, and supporting the care team with timely check-in and privacy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients and families at check-in.
• Provides information and directions for the visit.
• Verifies and collects insurance information at intake.
• Directs patients to appropriate waiting areas and maintains lobby flow.
• Monitors queue and assists care team during downtime.
• Coordinates interpreter needs and respects patient privacy.
