Job summary

CCRM Fertility is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to serve as a liaison between Clinical staff and patients, coordinating expenses, clinical care, and administrative needs.

You will assist the RN with new patient appointments, track consents and labs, and ensure treatment plans align with physician guidelines while maintaining patient records with HIPAA compliance. This role is grounded in a clinical office setting and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in reproductive medicine or Women’s health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with new patient appointments and provide support to nursing staff.
• Initiate checklist and chart audit and provide to RN once patient plan is established.
• Track and audit patient consent forms and follow up for missing consents or labs.
• Ensure preconceptual labs, testing, pap smear, annual exam and mammogram are current.
• Coordinate treatment plans with RN and physician and schedule according to protocol.
• Release/obtain medical records and maintain HIPAA compliance.
