Trinity Rehab is seeking a friendly, dependable Patient Care Coordinator for our outpatient physical therapy clinic. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients
• Dependable with a consistent work schedule
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle payments accurately
• Willingness to learn scheduling and check-in systems
• Prior receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Check patients in and assist them with the clinic’s check-in kiosk
• Provide additional assistance to new patients completing the check-in process
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Collect co-payments and provide receipts when needed
• Make copies of identification and insurance cards and patient paperwork
• Scan, copy, and organize basic documents
• Answer or direct occasional basic patient questions
• Notify the appropriate team member when a patient requires additional assistance
• Keep the front desk and reception area neat and organized
• Complete other basic front desk duties as assigned
