Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as primary contact.
• Answer calls and manage emails.
• Schedule patient appointments and optimize provider schedules.
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Verify insurance eligibility and demographics in EMR.
• Communicate coverage and patient financial responsibility.
• Prepare patient charts and required documentation.
• Collect and document charges and payments.
• Run reports to ensure charges billed and up to date.
• Monitor patient flow and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate wait times and next steps to patients.
• Coordinate with clinical and optical teams for smooth visits.
• Support retention via recall and follow-ups.
