Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking a Part-time Patient Care Coordinator to support front desk operations, patient flow, and schedule optimization across the care team.

You will greet patients, answer calls, verify insurance, enter demographics in EMR, collect payments, and coordinate with clinical and optical staff to ensure a smooth visit.

Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork are essential for delivering a patient-centered experience at our on-site Ohio location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written.
• Ability to learn practice management software (EMR).
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as primary contact.
• Schedule appointments and manage cancellations.
• Verify insurance and enter patient demographics in EMR.
• Support billing, reminders, and patient communications.
