Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma/GED (Required)
• 2+ years of Medical office experience, or relevant customer service experience (Required)
• Advanced degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's) may be considered in lieu of experience.

Aufgaben

• Arriving/departing activities of patients in the practice and performing POS duties.
• Answer phones, handle patient calls and inquiries, and route messages.
• Schedule patient appointments and update appointment status in EMR.
• Collect copays and verify insurance information; assist with billing processes.
