Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a full-time Patient Ambassador in Charleston, WV. You will be the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team for your unit, conducting patient interviews and new admission visits to ensure exceptional service.

The role requires prior patient care or food service experience, with duties including hospitality, client satisfaction, and program promotion. Weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Prior patient care and/or food service experience required.
• Knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new admission visits to assigned units within the timeframe established by leadership.
• Ensures staff demonstrate hospitality and respect toward customers and clients.
• Supports client satisfaction to maintain account retention.
• Promotes awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Assists in developing and monitoring a patient satisfaction action plan.
• Assists in effective employee relations programs and encourages innovation.
• Completes housekeeping tasks as requested and resolves issues promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
