Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Patient Ambassador at Cape Canaveral Hospital in Cocoa Beach, FL. You will serve as the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team, conducting patient interviews and new admission visits with professional hospitality.

The role requires 2 years of healthcare customer service, strong communication and multitasking skills, and involves supporting client satisfaction, account retention, and program awareness across units.

Qualificações

• 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or hospital setting required.
• Good communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts new admission visits to assigned units within timeframes set by leadership.
• Maintain aggressive hospitality orientation toward customers and clients.
• Support client satisfaction and contribute to account retention.
• Promote awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Assist in developing and monitoring patient satisfaction action plans.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as requested and ensure standards are met.
