Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Full-Time Patient Ambassador in New Orleans, LA. You will be the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team for your unit, handling patient interviews and new admissions with a service-first approach.

Responsibilities include conducting admission visits, promoting patient-first hospitality, supporting client satisfaction, and contributing to the Patient Experience Program. Evening and holiday considerations may apply.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
• Ability to use working knowledge of the environment to meet goals and objectives.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new admission visits to all assigned units within the timeframe set by leadership.
• Ensures employees demonstrate an aggressive hospitality (respect) toward customers and clients.
• Supports client satisfaction to retain accounts.
• Promotes awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Assists in customizing programs to meet account needs.
• Assists in developing and monitoring a patient satisfaction action plan and reporting to clients.
• Supports employee relations programs at unit site.
• Encourages employee creativity and recognizes successful program implementation.
• Performs housekeeping tasks when requested; resolves issues and follows up on tasks.
