Morrison Healthcare at UVA Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA is hiring a Patient Ambassador to serve as the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team for the unit. You are responsible for completing patient interviews and new admission visits.

The role requires prior food service experience and a hospitality mindset. It offers a full-time schedule Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and a pay range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour, plus benefits.

Formación

• Thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
• Ability to use working knowledge of the environment to meet established goals and objectives.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts new admission visits to all assigned units within timeframe established by unit leadership and patient experience leadership.
• Supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention.
• Promotes client awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Assists in developing and/or monitoring a department/unit patient satisfaction action plan and reporting to clients as needed.
• Provides recognition for employee when programs are implemented with success.
