Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Patient Ambassador at MUSC Charleston. You will serve as the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team, conducting new admission visits and supporting patient satisfaction.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with rotating weekends. Prior customer service and Microsoft Office experience are required to join a team that values care and community impact.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new admission visits to assigned units within the timeframe defined by leadership.
• Ensure staff demonstrate hospitality toward customers and clients.
• Support client satisfaction to help retain accounts.
• Promote awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Assist in customizing programs to meet each account's needs.
• Assist in developing and monitoring patient satisfaction action plans and reporting to clients.
