Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare, chiropractic, or patient-facing office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage patient scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback empathetically.
• Coordinate with clinical staff for smooth patient flow and minimal wait times.
• Assist with patient intake forms, insurance verification, and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Promote a positive office culture by advocating for patient satisfaction.
• Support families with young children in treatment processes.
• Guide patients through basic exercises.
• Assist patients with therapies (EMS, Decompression, Ultrasound, Laser).

In this role, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, ensuring every patient feels heard, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. You will collaborate and coordinate with the whole team to make sure the patient is feeling informed and comfortable with their chiropractic healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor to create a positive first impression
• Manage patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal wait times
• Assist with patient intake forms, insurance verification, and billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
• Promote a positive office culture by advocating for patient satisfaction at every touchpoint
• Helping families with young children be able to succeed with their treatments
• Guides patients through basic exercises
• Help patients get set up on therapies (Electric Muscle Stimulation, Decompression, Ultrasound, Laser)

Requirements

• Prior experience in a healthcare, chiropractic, or customer-facing office setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to service excellence
• Knowledge of basic insurance and billing processes is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Our patient hours are Monday 8:30 am- 12:00pm and 2:00pm-6:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 11:00am- 7:00pm and Friday 8:30am to noonish. Wednesdays are for administrative duties.

This position is 30-35 hours/week.
