Job summary

Archetype is seeking a friendly Chiropractic Assistant to join our clinic and support the Chiropractor with patient care and clinic operations.

You will schedule appointments, answer calls and emails, and greet patients on arrival, working closely with Chiropractors and massage therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work space.
• Answer inquiries via phone calls and email.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information.
• Verify payment methods and process payments.
• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory.
• Administer screening assessments as requested.
• Assist the chiropractor with patients when needed.
