OM THE CENTER FOR WELL BEING PC is seeking a friendly Chiropractic Assistant to join a thriving clinic. You will support the Chiropractor with patient care, schedule appointments, handle calls and emails, and greet patients on arrival.

Occasional clinical tasks and data entry may be required to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates are organized, service-oriented, and comfortable with administrative responsibilities in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiar with posting and replying on social media (FB, Yelp, Google reviews, X, Instagram, TikTok).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Friendly engaging manner is desired for the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer calls and emails; ensure timely responses.
• Assist Chiropractor with patient care and clinical tasks as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and greeting patients as they arrive. Occasionally, you may assist with clinical work such as diagnostic assessments. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic
• Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting rooms and clinic areas
• Perform some data entry and maintain accurate records
• Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information
• Directly assist maintaining appropriate levels of supplies and inventory
• Administer screening assessments as requested
• Oversee part time assistants

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite or similar. Also familiarity with various social media postings and replies (eg - FB, , Yelp, Google reviews, X, Insta, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
