Job summary

KERSTIN MEDWIN CHIROPRACTIC PL in New York is seeking a friendly Chiropractic Assistant to support the chiropractor and keep the clinic running smoothly. You will greet patients, prepare them for visits, and perform data entry, with a patient-focused, service-oriented approach.

This role requires being on your feet most of the shift and offers about 30–35 hours per week with potential for extra shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the exam rooms.
• Rooming patients into exam rooms and maintaining the flow of the schedule.
• Prepare the patients to see the chiropractor such as assist with therapies as needed.
• Daily laundry.
• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory.
• Administer screening assessments as requested.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include greeting patients, preparing the patients to see the chiropractor, computer data entry. This job requires the right candidate to be on their feet for the majority of the shift. This position would be great for a college student. We are currently looking for about 30-35 hours per week, with the ability to cover more shifts as needed.
