Qualifications

• Must be organized, detail oriented, and a self-starter.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Experience supervising staff preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Two years supervisory experience.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and support services to patients.
• Check-in and registration duties at the front desk.
• Verify insurance and collect balances.
• Manage daily office operations and data entry.
• Prepare reports and assist in QA/QI meetings.
