The Dental Patient Advocate role supports smooth front desk operations, patient check-in/out, and referral/authorization processing to ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling calls, entering demographics, managing referrals, and assisting with data collection for reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, self-starter and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel and cover other sites during absences.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with front desk duties and calls.
• Accurately collect/enter patient demographics and insurance data; manage scheduling.
• Process referrals, authorizations and collect payments; balance end-of-day logs.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and submit information via portals.
• Assist with data collection for UDS and grant applications; support audits.
