Responsibilities include onboarding, addressing barriers to care, educating patients on public assistance programs, keeping HIPAA‑compliant records, and supporting care coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in healthcare operations, patient relations, customer service, or care coordination.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care populations preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for patients regarding insurance, benefits, and access-to-care questions.
• Assist patients with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plan benefits, eligibility, and coverage options.
• Resolve patient concerns related to appointments, referrals, billing, and care coordination.
• Advocate for patients by identifying and addressing barriers to healthcare access and treatment adherence.
• Educate patients on public assistance and healthcare support programs.
• Support onboarding and orientation to CareMore services and programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
