• Operational execution of campus PX initiatives and priorities.
• Identify and elevate patient/family concerns during interactions.
• Proactively address issues and escalate as needed.
• Facilitate clear information flow between campus leadership and frontline staff.
• Maintain high standards aligning actions with PX expectations.
• Collaborate with managers, specialists, and frontline teams to achieve PX goals.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of PX action plans aligned with campus priorities and PX goals.
• Coordinates daily PX activities and engages with patients, families, and staff through rounds and real-time feedback collection.
• Monitors patient experience delivery at frontline level, identifies trends and escalates pain points to PX campus leader.
• Aids daily huddles and rounding by capturing and sharing feedback to reinforce transparency and improvement.
• Promotes PX-first culture by recognizing frontline staff and sharing positive feedback.
