Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a campus Patient Experience leader to drive PX initiatives across the Children’s Hospital campus. You will translate priorities into measurable local outcomes and coach frontline teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff, lead real-time feedback loops, and present updates at monthly governance meetings to advance PX priorities across the campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads campus PX action plans by turning enterprise priorities into local outcomes.
• Rounds to gather real-time patient and family feedback and shares data in daily huddles.
• Coaches frontline staff through labs and real-time feedback.
• Promotes a PX-first culture by recognizing staff for patient experience excellence.
• Fosters cross-department collaboration to embed PX into daily operations.
• Partners with patients and staff to design improvement initiatives and prepares leaders for governance meetings.
