Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Patient Experience (PX) Specialist to support PX initiatives at our Riverview, FL campus. You will coordinate daily PX activities, engage with patients, families, and staff through rounding and real-time feedback, and help ensure frontline delivery of a PX-first culture.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year healthcare experience; Lean/Six Sigma preferred. The role offers day shift, full-time, with a pay range of $54,766.40 - $101,878.40.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Field of Study: N/A).
• 1+ years healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA or Design Thinking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of PX action plans and campus priorities.
• Coordinate daily PX activities and engage with patients, families, and staff through rounding and real-time feedback collection.
• Identify trends and escalate pain points to the PX campus leader.
• Support daily huddles and rounding by capturing and sharing real-time patient feedback.
• Promote a PX-first culture by sharing wins and recognizing frontline staff for excellence.
• Support PX-related training, mentorship, and skills labs with campus leaders and frontline teams.
