Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with potential new patients and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Identify needs of potential new patients through questioning.
• Provide information about offerings and educate patients about the company’s services.
• Record interactions in the CRM system.
• Make outbound calls to patients indicating issues or disenrollment.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to ensure optimal patient experience.
• Monitor patient experience data and analyze survey results.
