Job summary

AdventHealth in Manchester, KY seeks a PX Specialist to coordinate patient experience initiatives across campus, engaging with patients, families and staff to collect and act on real-time feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year healthcare experience preferred; Lean/Six Sigma or process-improvement exposure is a plus. This full-time Day shift role offers comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

• Operational execution of PX initiatives.
• Ability to identify and escalate patient concerns.
• Proactive problem-solving and escalation behavior.
• Clear communication between campus leadership and frontline staff.
• Attention to detail in PX workflows and standards.
• Team collaboration with managers, specialists, and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of PX action plans aligned with campus priorities.
• Coordinates daily PX activities and engages with patients, families, and staff.
• Monitors patient experience delivery and escalates opportunities for improvement.
• Supports daily huddles and rounding with real-time feedback sharing.
• Promotes a PX-first culture and recognizes frontline staff for excellence.
• Coordinates PX-related training and mentorship with campus leaders.
• Tracks and reports basic patient feedback metrics to inform decisions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
