AdventHealth in Manchester, KY seeks a Patient Experience (PX) Specialist to support PX initiatives across the campus. You will coordinate daily PX activities, engage with patients, families and staff through rounding and real-time feedback collection, and monitor frontline experience delivery.

The role emphasizes a PX-first culture, celebrates wins, and partners with campus leaders to ensure consistent execution and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Operational execution of PX initiatives and campus priorities.
• Attentive to patient/family interactions, identify and escalate concerns.
• Proactive problem-solving; escalate unresolved topics efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of PX action plans aligned with campus priorities.
• Coordinates daily PX activities; engages with patients, families, and staff via rounding and real-time feedback collection.
• Monitors patient experience delivery at frontline; identifies trends and escalates opportunities for improvement.
• Supports daily huddles and rounding by capturing and sharing real-time feedback.
• Promotes PX-first culture by recognizing frontline staff and celebrating wins.
• Coordinates PX-related training and mentorship with campus leaders and frontline teams.
• Tracks and reports basic patient feedback metrics to support data-informed decisions.
