Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking an experienced nurse leader to drive patient experience improvements across the care continuum. You will gather patient feedback, analyze data, and design plans to enhance care delivery while coordinating with physicians, nursing, and administrative teams.

The role requires an RN with 10+ years in healthcare, 3+ years in patient experience consulting, and 5+ years as a nurse manager in acute care, plus CMS CAHPS and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• RN with strong patient experience leadership.
• 10+ healthcare experience.
• 3+ years in patient experience consulting in a multi-campus setting.
• 5+ years as a nurse manager or above in an acute care setting.
• Demonstrated history of improving patient experience.
• CMS CAHPS knowledge and survey process expertise.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive change.
• Excellent presentation and communication across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Gather patient feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods to identify improvement areas.
• Analyze data to understand patient needs and preferences.
• Create plans to enhance patient experience based on data analysis.
• Execute improvement strategies by modifying processes, policies, and practices.
• Keep stakeholders informed about initiatives, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, non-clinical and executive leadership to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Explore and integrate new technologies and methodologies to improve care delivery.
• Continuously track the impact of implemented changes on patient experience.
