Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or health-related field.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, and hospital terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to visitors, families, patients, and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
• Facilitate information flow between patient, family and hospital staff.
• Advocate for patients by investigating concerns and expediting admissions and other delays.
• Resolve problems and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with directions, escorts, and answering multi-line phone lines.
• Oversee information desks and lobby areas for cleanliness and order.
