Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, and manage front-desk flow.
• Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations.
• Collect payments and assist with new patient onboarding.
