Job summary

SimonMed Imaging in Chandler is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission at our imaging center. You will greet patients, verify insurance, process documentation, and ensure a smooth, accurate start to each visit.

You will collect and maintain patient demographics, insurance details, medical histories, consent forms, and payments with care, while communicating empathetically in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through admission with accuracy and care.
• Verify insurance and process documentation for new visits.
• Collect and maintain patient demographics, insurance data, medical histories, consent forms, and payments.
• Support front desk operations and resolve scheduling, billing, or patient flow issues.
