Job summary

Philips is seeking an INR Enrollment Representative in Malvern, PA to be the first contact for new patients in the INR testing program. You will process enrollments, verify information, and assist patients with insurance and cost estimates.

The role requires handling calls in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with nurse trainers for remote INR testing, and working Mon-Fri 9:30am–6:00pm EST. Prior data entry or customer service in healthcare is valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in data entry, customer service, or call center.
• Experience in medical field and PHI/HIPAA preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Teams).
• Able to navigate multiple platforms while adapting to change.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and enter new patient orders and enrollments.
• Contact new patients to confirm insurance and estimate out-of-pocket costs.
• Manage both outbound and inbound calls with accuracy and quality.
• Schedule remote INR testing with contracted nurse trainers.
• Office role with Monday–Friday 9:30am–6:00pm EST.
