Philips is seeking an INR Enrollment Representative in Malvern, PA to be the first contact for new patients in the INR testing program. You will process enrollments, verify information, and assist patients with insurance and cost estimates.
The role requires handling calls in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with nurse trainers for remote INR testing, and working Mon-Fri 9:30am–6:00pm EST. Prior data entry or customer service in healthcare is valued.
As the INR Enrollment Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new patients in the International Normalized Ratio (INR) testing program, helping them start their health journey with confidence and support.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in PA is $19.00 to $29.00 hourly.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
